Small Business IT Support
For sole traders and small teams. Includes:
- Up to 3 users, up to 3 supported Windows PCs/laptops
- Up to 3 hours of support per month
- Remote-first support; onsite when genuinely needed
- Priority over ad-hoc requests during support hours
- Initial Forge42 Health Check on your supported devices
- Six-month check-in, plus an annual IT review
Beyond your monthly allowance: £50/hour remote, £60/hour onsite. Unused hours don't roll over. If your usage becomes regular, we'll review your plan with you.
Tenant setup, licence configuration and email/domain connection for a new Microsoft 365 environment (approx. 1–3 users). Microsoft's own licence cost isn't included. Larger or existing-environment migrations are quoted individually.
No ongoing agreement?
Ad-hoc business support
30-minute minimum. Fast remote assistance for software, Microsoft 365 and configuration issues.
Then £30 per additional 30 minutes. Normal travel included for Hastings, St Leonards-on-Sea, Bexhill-on-Sea, Battle and Rye.

How a project works
Initial conversation → Andy understands what you need → an on-site or remote assessment if needed → a written quote → you approve it → the work gets scheduled. A first conversation of up to 45 minutes is free. If accurately quoting your project needs more technical discovery than that, we'll agree any discovery charge with you before going further.
